Design
Process
Our
system design process begins with the client conference, to understand
the unique environment and culture of the organization, and to determine
the requirements and scope of the project. A detailed survey is
generally recommended to determine additional need or status of
existing systems. The completed survey results in a Conceptual Design
Document that provides an overview of recommended system configuration
and characteristics. This document becomes the guide by which the
remainder of the project follows for: Schematic Design, Design Development,
Construction Document Development, Acquisition, Construction, and
Project Close-out.
Our associates are experienced professionals in each area of specialization
required to complete a design project. Our design projects often
include the preparation of system specification and bid documents.
We also offer assistance in the identification and selection of
qualified vendor s, conducting pre-bid vendor conferences, supervision
of system installation, and final inspection of project completion.
We
have significant experience in the design and implementation of
access control systems, video surveillance (CCTV) and recording
systems, fire protection/detection systems, communications systems,
intrusion detection systems, and special situation systems. We have
complete security engineering design and CAD drafting capability.
As independent (non-product affiliated) consultants, we have extensive
product knowledge of a wide-range of technologically advanced systems
such as:
- Access
